Zirconia Alumina Flap Disc
The base of the flap disc is a kind of expendable fiber coated with resin abrasive cloth.
The abrasive cloth has Zirconia Alumina.
The even distribution of cloth blades can ensure the most durable grinding effect£®
Features:
  • Premium Zirconia Alumina grain.
  • Heavy cotton cloth.
  • Close coated for more material removal.
  • Glass fiber backing.
Benefits:
  • General purpose, long life.
  • Better stock removal.
  • High price/performance ratio.
Application: Ideal for high-alloy, stainless, and heat-treated steel; high-tensile, non ferrous metals.
Shape:
  • T-27 - Used for grinding flat surfaces. Most efficient when used at a 0-15 degree angle.
  • T-29 - Conical shape provides an excellent angle for contour and edge grinding. Best at a wider angle of 15 to 25 degrees.
Warning:
  • Always wear safety glasses, gloves, dust mask , ear muffs for your safety.
  • Always ensure machine operating speed does not exceed 80m/s.
