Aluminum Oxide Flap Disc

Grind and Finish in One Operation!

The base of the flap disc is a kind of expendable fiber coated with resin abrasive cloth.

The abrasive cloth has brown aluminum oxide.

The even distribution of cloth flaps can ensure the most durable grinding effect.

Features:

Premium aluminum oxide grain.
Heavy cotton cloth.
Close coated for more material removal.
Glass fibre backing.

Benefits:

General purpose, Normal life.
Good stock removal.
3-5 times life than resin fibre discs.

Application: Ideal for Iron, Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Wood, Paint and Plastic, etc.

Shape:

T27 --- Used for grinding flat surface. Most efficient when use at a 0-15 degree angle.
T29 --- Conical shape provides an excellent angle for contour and edge grinding. Best at a wider angle of 15 to 25 degree.

Warning:

Always wear safety glasses, gloves, dust mask , ear muffs for your safety.
Always ensure machine operating speed does not exceed 80 m/s.
